I've been emailing and calling PRG over the course of the last couple months to try and get a shipping quote to Alaska with absolutely no response. I'd like to give them my business as they're obviously the most knowledgeable Titan suspension company around, but they're not making it easy.

Any ideas on what PRG's status is? I saw Greg hasn't posted on here in the last couple years.

Good luck. He has lost a ton of business because he is very poor at communication. Someone else posted somewhere that you can get prg products from another source. I'm sorry I don't remember who or what company it was, but my 2 cents if it can be bought elsewhere, that's where I would go. I wasn't impressed with my dealings. TAP, site sponser has great customer service, maybe check into them.

other then deaver c10 and c30's i think you can get everything else from other companies like TAP, DK, Performance Lifts, Offroad Warehouse, etc.etc. Give TAP a call, they know a lot of people in the industry.

i was fortunate enough to be able to get a hold of him a couple of months ago during my build. i order PRG Endlinks, 1.5 Spacer and the Deaver C30's. at first i was hesitant because a few years ago when i was on here a lot that's all i heard was bad customer service. fast forward a few years later and it seemed from the threads i searched he got somewhat better. i left him a message and to my surprise he returned my call an hour later. i went ahead and did 3 separate transactions all done in a timely manner. again this was within the last month. so i'm going to say i was luck as lately it seems people are having a hard time getting a hold of him again. Mike from TAP can get things from DK and PRG i believe so reach out to him.

He has the companies build the shocks to his specs. I'm pretty sure radflo only valves them how Greg wants them valved since he helped design them right? I have no clue about afe/saw. DK can get the Kings valved how you want. The fox ones need help with valving. Lol. Ask me how I know.

Radflo and SAW are valved to Greg's specs, to my knowledge, the others come preset to whatever the manufacturers want.
Greg has that magic touch for titan valving.

The SAW shocks I have (same serial number) were available on the SAW web site. Did Greg open them up and change things? I am sceptical.

I believe SAW built them to gregs specs, so no he didn't, but at some point he did valve a pair and told SAW to build them that way.

I have SAW products on all four corners. If you aren't doing anything complicated with your suspension (in terms of height) save yourself a bundle of money and just get Bilstein. While my SAW shocks were being rebuilt by a local SAW dealer I put on a set of Bilsteins and I couldn't tell the difference. I bought the Bilsteins for less than it cost to rebuild the SAW shocks.

the saws shine in high speed long trails though. that stuff will burn up Bilsteins real quick. it took 20 minutes to blow out my rear Bilsteins.

Serious offroading I can see the SAW products doing better than Bilstein. Minor stuff, stick with Bilstein. I'm not impressed with the long term reliability of my SAW shocks. I don't do much off-road any more in my Titan. Just rough county roads.

my Radflo's i think i have them way over extended when i cranked them as they're now starting to bind. i'mma have to crank those back to 1" preload instead of the 2.25" it's at now especially with the 2.5" spacer i have on. when it was set to 1" it ran smooth like butter.

any 2.5 or 2.0 does great off road indeed. Mine (Front fox 2.5 ext. resi/ Rear 2.0 shock) do great at higher speeds, low speeds they are pretty harsh though.

when you say harsh you mean they sound like bricks going over bumps and what not?
