Ordered a few items from him most recently Dec 23 and a few other times over the past few years I've had my Titan. I spoke to Greg in person a couple of times and he assured me parts were in hand and shipping out that day. Glad to do business with him but still awaiting my parts. Several e mails and phone calls with no response over the 10 days. Is anyone else having these issues?

The thing that strikes me is how varied the experience is. I've ordered from PRG a number of times, with never an issue, and always quick shipping. I'm sure some of it has to do with which parts are ordered, complexity, and so on, but for what I've ordered, I have been pleased with the service, FWIW.
For questions, I have about a 50/50 track record in getting in contact with Greg, but that hasn't been a problem in my case. One of those times, I had some Deaver C10 questions, and ended up getting them from PerformanceLifts (who stock PRG products), since they were prompt in replying to me.

I ordered some C-30s from him a few months back. They showed up in about a week.
Though I will say, trying to get in touch with him is a nightmare. I never got the chance to try phone, because I was overseas and my phone was cut off, but based on my experience through email and facebook, as others have said...good luck.

I bought a set of PRG leaf spring reinforcing brackets a couple months ago. They showed up within a week. He answered some emails but not others. Hit or miss. I need some heim joint replacements for my UCA. I tried to see if he would sell just the two vertical joints without the horizontal joints. No response.

it's a hit or miss with Greg! great guy on the phone if you can get a hold of him. ordered 1" spacers and endlinks from him and got them in about a week. 2nd transaction i ordered the Deaver C-30's which also i got in a week. last purchase was the Derlin Spacers which also got in a week. so my experience with him thus far is fine...not so much with other's i've seen

I'm on the same boat bro! I ordered some deavers 4/11 and still waiting. Had one email response but never followed through. Just left a voicemail. I'm a pretty easy guy to work with but when you spend the money to a business you expect them to pull through.

Fortunately I have had a good experience. Just ordered traction bars and got them in about a week or less. The rest of my order showed up a few days later which was a shirt, vent mod kit and the upgraded rod ends for my traction bars. Got some some stuff from him a few years ago and had a good experience with him then too. Hope you all get your stuff soon.

Have you had any responses yet!? I called Friday and yesterday and left messages. I figured I could get someone on the phone easier than email. I guess not!
Unfortunately, If I don't hear back very soon, like end of the week, I'll be filing a dispute with paypal to get my money back. I don't mind waiting, but I can't stand waiting and not knowing why. All it would take is a simple phone call "Sorry, yes, we did receive your order and ... happened" that's it! I'd still be fine waiting a little longer. But no response at all? Are they even in business still??
What you all think about me blowing up their facebook page with a nice little rant!? Maybe that'll grab some attention as other potential customers will certainly see it on there! Frustrating!
Well tomorrow is it... My last attempt at reaching someone at PRG... No call = paypal dispute and getting my money back. This sucks! Just need a damned return phone call and it'd be fine. Apparently that's too much to ask....
