Hello all, new Titan owner and new member...

First thing i decided to do to the titan is level the front end, just dont like the rake on it. After reading through all the susp threads decided to go with the 2.5 spacer from greg at PRG, they were highly praised and worshiped and had a great reputation..So, called talked to greg for about 20 mins, he knew alot about the titans, real cool guy, ordered the spacer on friday feb 3rd, said they were makin it right now and it would ship out monday feb 6th, from cali to okc ok, got the email from paypal, money was taken from acct.. friday feb 10th still havent recieved it, now monday feb 13th still not here, cannot get ahold of him, the phone just rings and rings, ive also never recieved any tracking info. Greg was the first place i called because of all the good reps he has here, but now im starting to feel scammed, noone answers phone calls, returns missed calls, wtf? Not tryin to bash the guy, just want the parts, an answer on the parts or my money back...if anyone can help it would be appreciated, thanks ..

He's been pretty busy today with his website because it was having problems. I just got off the phone with him an hour ago so I would try calling him again first thing in the morning. because i do believe he is closed now? He has got a really good rep here so I dont think you are gonna be screwed over.

and since you have done your research on PRG you should know that he is a bussy guy and sometimes hard to get ahold of.
Hope your spacers come soon

Bussy guy? No, he's just a very busy guy. lol!

PRG Greg is a standup guy and one of the few, if the only one, that I would allow to touch my truck. I don't even like the dealership techs touching my truck, that's how particular I am. Back in '05, I purchased the 2.0" leveling kit and had him install it. I got used to the height after a few months and decided on the 2.5" instead for more lift and he changed it out no problem for a very small fee. He also milled me up some 3/4" blocks out of some 1" blocks he had for the rear to gain back a slight amount of rake that I wanted. Let me tell you, nobody would ever do something like that to make a customer happy, not these days anyway. Not only that, but when he worked on my trucked, he was very careful with everything, as to not scratch stuff, when he worked on my truck. He also informed me on everything as he was doing it when I was watching him. His prices may seem a little high, but his products are TOP NOTCH and his service is FIRST RATE. Not sure how it is to order stuff from him because when I got my stuff, he was local so I just dropped over house to get the parts. It might cost you some bucks to travel to where he lives, but if you're close enough that's what I would recommend if he still allows it. When you get to meet him and let him work on your truck, any suspcious thoughts you may having about him will quickly evaporate. He's a good guy and I really miss having him local so I can enjoy that FIRST RATE SERVICE he provides.

He is a busy guy and one of the last that would screw you over!

When I order from there, I get email confirmations, notifications on when it ships (the same day). And get tracking info upto when I get it...

PRG FTW!

Nice 3 posts btw.. Welcome to Titantalk..

I love prg, but I think he needs to expand to meet all of his customer's expectations!

Hang in there man, I thought the same thing too the first time.. Don't worry, he'll pull through for you, he always has for me and then some. In the future though, checkout performancelifts.com ... It's Greg's good buddy and everything goes through Greg but you have a middle man to keep in touch with, and lower prices on some things. :D

Well, I would like to believe all that stuff but he has had almost $1200 of mine for a month! I talked to him last week and he said all my parts were in and he was sending it out that day. Gave me an UPS alert and that was it. Promised it by last Friday and still nothing.

No webpage, can't call him and he's not sending out what was ordered. I think I have a seroius problem here.

Note: Should be one month not two.

I never got mine. After calling for days and a number of emails I findly filed a complaint with PayPal. After that he refunded my money. You better think twice before you put any money into this company. My impression is he is right on the verge of going under. When he does any one who is owed money will lose it. Your call.

That sucks. Atleast you got your money back. Makes me worry a little. I ordered the extended travel package ($2k) a week and a half ago and havnt gotten one email or shipping confirmation. Gonna give him a call today and see what's up.

I hope Greg/PRG isn't going under! I still need to buy some sway bar end-links & a set of street traction bars! LOL
