I ordered the new pre-assembled shocks/struts from Greg last week, paid my $$$ and now can't get ahold of them to see where my order is. UPS doesn't show it's been shipped. Greg isn't answering his phone or responding to emails??

Anyone have contact with them or know anything?

I too have been waiting on Greg but I've been able to speak with him earlier this week. He was waiting for some parts to come in from the vendor in my particular situation and he was swamped with other things as well. Just hold tight and I'm sure he will get back to you soon. No need to worry but I guess its easier for me to say cause I havent payed him yet :)
Greg's an honest business man. Alot of us bought products from him. He's probably just busy with installs. Leave a message and he'll get back with you. The best time to reach him is 6:30-7am. I drove from Vegas to Greg's shop numerous times for my truck and my brother's and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Next trip for me will be the M/T kit.
Last I heard his email was down.....and as far as I know he doesn't respond to PM's...... Call and leave a message Im sure he will get back to you.
patience ute. patience.
Thanks guys. I just got off the phone with Greg, sounds like a crazy week. He's sending my product out ASAP! Guess they've had difficulty getting the Bilsteins in with back-orders and all.
Hey Ute, the little red man isn't holding up his thumbs! Just thought I'd let you know...

Greg and Jen are great people, had the pleasure of being around them a couple months ago at a meet, fine people, no worries there! :)
I second that. Greg is a good guy... Being on vacation, coming up to NJ and even getting greasy under some trucks..
I was down from Northern CA the day before yesterday getting a custom made tube bumper done with Gregs friend Tim of DMZ Fab & Race Prep.....there was a small mixup in when Greg thought I would be there ( One day early ) ....right AFTER installing a lift on a new Frontier he installed my SAW coilovers/CST end links/PRG UCA's.

All this in 110 degree heat and the phone ringing off the hook and customers stopping by to pick up orders locally from him....just to get me back on my way home completed and not have to come back. Greg was spent, he called Tim to see if he could weld up my Traction bars...the man went above and beyond....we were spent WATCHING him work in that 110 heat.

I would never question Gregs customer support ever...if he doesnt answer the phone right away or something didnt get shipped out when it was supposed to...I wouldnt blink an eye...there was a reason for it.

Right on. It's all good. 1st time doing business with them and just get a little paranoid. btw, I didn't realize that sneaky little emoticon was using his middle finger! From now on I'll stick with the smiley face.:)
UPDATE: Got my assembled struts last week (after a call from Greg!) and installed them. The ride is 100% better! The delay was due to shock availability. The Bilsteins are apparently very popular these days!

Thanks Greg!

man...you guys are killing me today...Everyone keeps bragging about getting their stuff and I'm "trying" to patiently wait for mine...Im sure Greg is tired of hearing from me everday on an update but gees...can you blame me. and ya ya...i know :deathsent
People have to remember that Greg is very fare on his prices and labor install. Not only does he have great customer service but he is a one man one woman show. Himself and his wife run around wild to get stuff done. If he had to hire more help guess what prices go up. You will enjoy what you get from him. Shipping at times can be slow from PRG but if you see how he works you would understand. Hang in there.
Pep, the delay on these shocks is killing me too. Im waiting for an e-mail from SAW right now for the latest delivery date. I have this rather large pile of parts with your name on them that I'd really like to get installed. I want these shocks to get here as much as anyone.

Yep, that happens to everybody the first time they see him! You just can't tell too easily. I think they ought to just exchange him for a nice thumbs up guy anyway, ban him. lol. We're supposed to all be friends here right?

It'll be time to call Greg again in a few more months, he always has something we all need to buy.
