Problem with Brake Judder and Nissan?

Has anyone else had problems with getting the brake judder covered under warranty through Nissan? They do acknowledge that the defective rotors are the problem and that there was an update available, but Nissan doesn't want to cover it because the truck is just past the 36 month period. But yet they never sent out anything stating the update was availabe. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what is a solution?

Nissan sent me a notice about the brake judder, the warranty and extended coverage. It's been news since 2004 and almost everyone knows about it. They did the fix on mine at 20,000 and I'm at 49,000 now with no issues.

I don't know how you missed this one. Hope you can find another dealer who will "goodwill" the warranty for you.
I have a 2006cc and just had mine in for the same thing (brake judder) they machined the rotors down and sent me on my way no charge. But if it happens again i am going to insist that they replace my rotors.
I have 50K on my newer rotors and pads. Had my tires rotated and balanced yesterday and still have 1/2 pad left. Brakes feel great.
