Push bar, bull bar, grille guard etc...

So I have just relocated to Boston, MA. I thought long and hard about getting a new, smaller vehicle but I love this truck to damn much.

Anyways I'm a nervous wreck parking the thing and leaving it around and just overall driving it in the traffic (Massholes, etc.). Anyone put some good protective pieces on their trucks? Anything that would help with the minor bumps and benders?

Looking to put something on the front and a guard on the rear bumpers.
