Because you are 4×4 you have to be careful with those cv angles. For us 2wd guys we can swap in a 4" spindle lift and call it a day. Also you'll have to look into UCA's to prevent CBC

Yeah easy to get another 1" or 1.5", but you will need upper control arms, along with end links, extended bump stops and possibly some adjustable cam bolts. Easiest way is to just get a bigger spacer (and the previously mentioned parts) and swap it out. another way is to get Bilstein 5100's and put them on the middle setting (and of course the previously mentioned parts). The kit you linked to has most everything you would need except adjustable cam bolts. I can also speak from experience, their endlinks wont last probably a year

What if I wanted to put these on and lift the truck an overall 1.5 inches?
2004-2015 Nissan Titan 0-3" Suspension System - Stage 1 | K83001

Is this what I would need?
1.5 inch rear spacer kit
new UCAs
the ICONs
Anything else?

Also, is this type of setup hurting anything (Rear blocks)? I have heard some people say it stresses certain parts.

Those would work if you're willing to spend the money for coilovers. You can have some issues from putting a block in the rear where you may need tapered blocks or shims to help the drive shaft be placed correctly. I have 1" rear blocks and haven't had issues.

If you don't have your sway bar attached you don't need end links. I would definitely suggest cam bolts if you don't already have them.

No need for UCA's unless you go over 1.5". So if you loose the spacer and crank the Icons up to 1.5" you will not need upper control arms. You can't use a spacer on the Icons, so if you are planning on using the spacer in conjunction with the Icons' that is out. If you put a 1.5" block in the back, you will not be level any more, 1.5" up front and 1.5" in the back would retain factory rake so the front will still be 1.5" lower than the back. You can crank the Icons up further than 1.5" and/or PRG sells a specially made coilover spacer which is 1". If you go with either of these options you will need upper control arms. I've been running a 1.5" rear block (no shims or tapered block or drive shaft spacer) for about 6 years now (78k miles) zero issues. Most likely will need cam bolts if going up higher than 1.5". Ironically, I only needed the cam bolts on the passenger side to get my alignment into specs.
