I receieved the Magnaflow Y pipe part # 10778, I was really excited once i got it. I went to two local muffler shops and neither said it would fit in my T..Im a noob when it comes to exhaust, can someone explain?

I believe they're 2.25 pipes.

The exhaust shop said the way my y pipe was i would need something very similar.. or a whole new exhaust kit. I only have stock exhaust with only a magnaflow muffler

Your pipes are 2.5" that's why

Yeah thats probably why, i know the 2010 titans dont have a Y pipe or an X pipe

yea spend an extra $100 for new complete piping(installed). it'll perform and sound waay better.

Anyone know what size pipes were on what year trucks? If this pipe fits my truck, I'll gladly take it off Mike's hand, but if my truck has the same size pipes as his, then clearly I'm in need of a different pipe too.
