I feel like I have been spamming the board recently but I am trying to hammer down a decision.

Would it be okay to run Bilstien 5100s on the no lift notch with a 1.5 leveling spacer on a 2009 4x4 crew cab titan? The reason I ask is some vendors say that on the 5100s lowest setting still raises 1/2 inch.

This is borderline - depending on your vehicle it could go either way. Do you do much off-roading? If not, I might give it a shot. If you do, you might just bite the bullet and save up for some UCAs... I recall it's either 1.5" or 2" for your year and 4x4...

Yes you can, older versions (pre 2010) of the 5100's were .5" longer, they had a black steel spring plate on the bottom. Newer versions (post 2010) have a silver billet aluminum spring plate and are stock length on the bottom setting. With the newer version you would be fine on the bottom setting and a 1.5" spacer, should level you out perfectly.
