I bought new OEM fabric for the seat bottom a few months back and swapped out my torn one. Today I purchased a new old stock seatback assembly since it was actually less expensive than what my dealer wanted for the rear foam and fabric. Here is what I purchased:
2009 Nissan Titan 87650ZR10C Left Front Seat Back Assembly - Cloth Black OEM | eBay

Anyways, I took my seat out when I did the bottom, but I didn't pay attention to what is involved in changing out the seat back.

Any tips for this? I can't seem to find a DIY through the search.

I did my seats, but I didn't bother with the backs because they were already in good shape. I know the back unbolts from the seat base because I had mine unbolted when I did the bottom; I think it was only one or two bolts from the hinge to the base. I *think* you can pull the fabric up from the back of the seat bottom and get to the hinge points for the seat back - the seat bottoms have these flap-like things that cover over near where the seat belt goes and they can be lifted away and reattached pretty easily.

thanks

I'm hoping it will all make sense once I have the seat out of the car again.
