The two things that come to mind are either a K&N air filter for added performance, or the remote keypad for added assurance and access to your truck at anytime. If you get the keypad, a great place to put it is on the back side of your fuel door. It's hidden, but yet always accessible and no one knows it's there. And just to add a point on the keypad, don't ever go to, for example, a 7-11 on a really cold day, decide to leave the truck running and lock it while you run in thinking that you can just use the keypad to unlock the doors. WRONG!!!! I did it and after a $35 cab ride to and from home to get the spare key, I found out it won't unlock the doors if the engine is running!! Now what dummy decided to program it that way?!!
