Hey there everyone, i was wondering if i could install the "Rancho loaded quicklift complete strut assembly" in my 07 titan with the offroad package if not what is a good shock series i should go for?

I haven't heard good things about the rancho loaded shock system for the titan, not saying that it won't work, but there are better options imo. Look at the bilstein setups. Many users run the coilover bilsteins and swear by them...good replacement for mild lift too.
