I am offering the Premium series rotors which are made with stronger iron cast metal (XG3500) for overall tension strength. The Premium series rotors which is the top of the line series out of the two that I carry (E-lines & Premiums). The rotors are cast with a 50/50 center split for better heat distribution. Premium utilize a black Electro-coating finish applied on the hubs and inner vane structures providing long lasting corrosion protection. Original stock size, will bolt right up with no modifications needed. (we also have our E-line series available)

What separates R1?
Often Imitated, Never Duplicated. Here at R1, we take into account numerous precautions in machining rotors. We drill our rotors in house using state-of-the-art CNC machines and follow strict procedures and standards such as drilling between each vane structure. This will allow the rotor to retain its structural integrity and overall strength with optimum thermal transfers. We utilize smaller diameter drill bits for smaller diameter holes and each hole is counter-sink to add strength. You also have the option to go with slotted only or even a custom design with your own logo. Every R1 rotor that comes with slots will come with our exclusive "Diamond Slot design" (45 degree angle end points), to help release trapped debris. Our diamond slot design is also a good indicator for rotor wear. We also offer optional Cryo Treatment at an additional cost. (Cryogenic treatment is a process that improves the performance and life of the rotor by strengthening the metallurgy. This process will help to give an extra level of protection against warping).

Unfortunately Hawk only has the rear pads available for the 13' models and not the fronts.
ah man, :frown: I had the premium slotted rotors and LTS pads on the lifted FJ with 35`s and that combo worked great.

the 2013 Titan is 2 wd, daily driver in a crazy commute, lots of stop and go from 60 to 0... bc of bozo drivers.

what pad set up would you recommend for a daily driver, with some street mods that does occasional towing? and compatible with your slotted premium rotors.

ah man, :frown: I had the premium slotted rotors and LTS pads on the lifted FJ with 35`s and that combo worked great.

the 2013 Titan is 2 wd, daily driver in a crazy commute, lots of stop and go from 60 to 0... bc of bozo drivers.

what pad set up would you recommend for a daily driver, with some street mods that does occasional towing? and compatible with your slotted premium rotors.

The next pad that I would recommend would be the Stoptech Street Performance pads or EBC Greenstuff pads since they are comparable to the LTS pads, but they only make pads for the rear only as well. My last recommendation is the Posi Quiet Extended Wear brake pads. These will brake better than the regular Posi Quiet Ceramic pads since it's a mix of a ceramic and semi-metallic compound. These won't be as aggressive like the Hawk LTS pads.

ok, so if I`m understanding you correctly, the Posi Quiet Extended Wear brake pads are the "only" complete set for F&R for the 2013 model year? and your saying these are better than stock.

a little disappointing that HAWK doesn`t have a complete set, but looks like the Posi`s will do the job.

Slotted only rotors avail for the 2013 F & R`s?

Yes that's correct. The only front and rear set of pads I have are the Posi Quiet Extended Wear and Ceramic pads. I recommend the Extended Wear pads over the Ceramics if you're looking for a little better braking performance.

We do have slotted rotors available for your 2013 Titan, it's $350 shipped for a front and rear set in my Premier Series rotors.

just placed an order for slotted premium and Posi extended pads on all 4 corners!

I have used R1concepts premium rotors with Hawk pads on an FJ cruiser rolling heavy 35`s and towing and braking was excellent.

Kevin`s recommendations are spot on!
