I run anywhere from 125 around town to 275 when Im out in the desert, 200 is the base line. Also the volume of n2 is so small I dont recommend checking it with a tire gauge, you either need a no loss chuck or just set the regulator on the N2 tank to what you want and push it on. Checking it with a tire gauge you will loose a lot of the N2 PSI, if you dont have a N2 tank I would wait to mess with the tell you find someone with a tank.
