Has anyone tried to replace their existing Radio and Cruise Control Switches on the steering wheel? I have an '04 SE crew cab with the mid-line stereo and my switches are scratched and worn badly. I was thinking about replacing them ( I have looked at what ELBO has done ) however I didn't know if I would have to go to the extent that ELBO did. I beleive he was installing new switches on an XE and I only want to rplace mine. Any comments / suggestions????

Same difference between replacing the switches and switch covers. Check out this thread. There are others.
