Radio cuts out

Hey everybody...

About a month ago, the radio cut out..Time indicator still works, the background lighting works...
Mysteriously, the radio started working again...

Unfortunately, as i was toggling songs on my steering wheel, the radio locked.
All information was on screen, but no sound.
Upon firing up my truck again, i'm back to only the clock and lighting working..

Is this common?
I can't seem to find anybody on the forums with the same issue?
