Looking for a replacement for my OEM Rancho Shocks. I don't want to lose ride quality, any suggestions?

With suspension you absolutely get what you pay for. Best place to look is PRG.com They have excellent parts and service tailored for the Titan community. If they seem too pricey I work with a guy who actually has the Rancho quicklift struts and he really like them. If all I wanted was to level my truck I would consider them, but I'm actually getting the Procomp stage 1 put on in a couple days. From there I'll shell out the money for SAWs (Sway-a-ways) in the front and Billsteins or Radflos in the back. I've been researching this stuff for a long time and read every review out there and it seems PRG is the best solution. Hope this helped.

Bilstein 5100's or Bilstein HD's. Much better ride quality than the Ranchos for a decent price. The 5100's allow for adjustment of ride height and the HD's are non-adjustable direct replacements.
