Hey guys,
I have an 05 Nissan Titan 4x4 and I'm having some horrible noise coming from the bell housing.
Started a few weeks ago and I thought maybe it was just a lose heat shield or something.
I got under the truck and looked around and everything is as solid as a rock. However, I started the truck crawled under and noticed the sound was coming from the bell housing. I opened it up and one of the torque converter bolts fell out. I replaced and retightened all the bolts and started it up again and the sound is still happening.
It only does it when she is in park or just above 1000 rpms (about 1100 or so) and when I make a turn I can hear it.
I've looked at the fly wheel and haven't noticed anything broken or cracked.
Any advice would be welcomed!
