Well I solved my rattling issue. After work I decided to look at the front windshield and noticed the passengers side of my wiper cowl had come out from under the windshield black weatherstripping. I tucked this back under and took off on the highway. No rattling!

 

The cowl is supposed to be tucked under the black weatherstripping on the edge of the windshield? Mine sits on top of it and that doesn't seem right to me but I didn't really see how it could be otherwise.

 

I don't know if it's supposed to be or not but that is what caused my rattle noise and makes sense to me that it should be tucked under so I made it that way on both sides. Didn't make sense for it to be lasting on top.

 

Here you go. I found it hard to believe that this cowl would be making that rattle sound but twice now ive pushed it back below the weather stripping and the noise goes away. Once could be a coincidence but twice tells me its the culprit.

 

Thanks, I think you are absolutely right, that's how it is supposed to look. I am going to take a gander at a brand new one to be sure Mine does not look like that now, it's above just like what yours was. I guess that was probably the sloppy windshield guy job.
