Time to buy my Titan its christmas gift and was wondering if there is a particular part # or series of JBA that is right for the Titan.

If someone could give me feedback on the part # and / or where they ordered their exhaust I would greatly appreciate it.

The best price i've found so far is 380.00 shipped.

Thanks guys!!

I've been hesitant on picking an exhaust for the 08 due to what I've been hearing about hp loss due to the piping sizes. What made you decide on the JBA?

Hmm, I havent heard that with the JBA. I've read on here a lot that the JBA is the best for performance gains.

Also, once I heard this video clip, that was it for me.

I have been looking for awhile and have also desided to go with the JBA. $380.00 Thats a nice price. Where are you getting it from?
I was looking at them at performancecenter.com for $433.89
Cheapest I found is here but i'm a little leary because they don't give a part number.....

These guys actually give the part # which brings me to my next question. I read in an earlier thread someone ordering an 40-1400 but this site has a 50-1400. Anyone know the difference?

What do you guys think?
I would call JBA and get the part number from them. I'm pretty sure the part number for my 07 was a 40-1400, they may have changed it for the 08.

Yah, I may have to do that. Are you happy with your JBA?
Absolutely. I was looking for an increase in performance without being super loud. It also installed very easily.
I may have found the difference. I believe the 50-1400 is the aluminum and the 40-1400 is stainless.

Any opinions between the two. My initial thought would be to go w/ stainless but I don't know enough about exhaust to know if stainless is necessary or not. About $100.00 cost difference.
I went with the stainless, as does everyone else that I know who has bought JBA catback. Stainless will last and look better for far longer.
Sounds good.

Can anyone confirm that 40-1400 is the correct part number for the stainless?

Excellent. Thanks Urge. Merry X-Mas
I called JBA this morning and they did confirm that the 40-1400 WILL fit an 08' SWB(in case any of you 08 guys were wondering).

They are still in R & D on the LWB at the moment.
also been debating on getting the JBA through the group buy on the other site for $380 shipped. (40-1400). Im guessing this cat back will give better performance than just a muffler swap right? Im deciding between the banks, jba, and just a muffler swap.
Most of the quickest titans are running the JBA. I'm planning to get the JBA cat back. The group buy includes most titan forums, read the whole thread.
