Hello all.
Just spent the best part of a day trying to remove the passenger side rear axle to install a new seal and still haven't been able to get it out!!
Did the drivers side yesterday and 10 smacks with the slide hammer and it pulled right out.
Not sure what i'm missing here?
My question is do I have to go into the diff to remove a pin or clip?
I have removed the 4 bolts which hold the plate on and have been able to get it out far enough to just start and see the seal, but that's it.
Need help with this one.
Thanks

Well after a good nights sleep, went back at it and decide to get a bigger hammer. So I made a larger slide hammer out of a length of 1" steel round bar, a 2"x 1/2" flat bar to clamp to the axle and a old front wheel hub from the titan as the weight.
Welded it together, mounted it and after 3 hard slides the axle popped right out.
