Hello new to titan talk. I need to see if anyone can answer a question i have about the rear axle of my 2010 T crew cab sv 2wd? Ok her's the rip i bought it used, salvage title, truck in great shape. It has the vdc button and when i turn it off, while on dirt roads when i hammer on it it leaves equal length tracks. I know i can jack up the rear and turn the tires, etc. Problem disability prevents me from doing so plus lack of eq. Could pull cover i know, just changed out the gear oil. Was told by Randy's ring and Pinion that lsd's had been put in some t's? Also some open diffs can leave two tracks?????? No truck with an open diff ever did. It's possible previous owner put a true trac in who knows? What say you guys. Thanks for any help.

My '07 with the OEM e-locker could leave dual tire marks with the e-locker disengaged. No Titan came from the factory with a real Limited Slip Differential. The did come with ABLS (Anti-lock Brake, Limited Slip). Lower models didn't have that I believe.

TruTrac is a popular solution that has been put in a lot of Titans. The only way I know of to tell is to either open the differential cover or spin the rear wheels while they're off the ground.

My marks were on pavement. Small amounts of rubber left behind on both sides.

Any diff will leave 2 marks if the traction (or lack thereof) is just right under each tire.
Your truck is most likely using the brake to help control the "one wheel peel".

I was power braking it, so I think the ABLS was disabled. I do not have the burnout mod.

You mean a "brake stand"? Mine won't give me any throttle with the brake on.

I believe some versions of uprev will allow the tuner to enable brake stands/power braking. Mine used to limit power when on brakes, but after joe tinkered with the uprev, and vdc is off, throttle has no limit when brakes are applied
