I found these for sale locally on Craigslist, I was wondering about what it costs to have them rebuilt. I think for $60 it may be a deal!

Sway-Away rear piggy back shocks

Good deal if you can service your own shocks. If I could get the guy to ship them I would buy them right now, rebuild them and sell them for a profit.

I emailed him to get a little more info from him, if I dont end up getting them I'll let you know.

Yea for 60 bucks thats what I figured. I'm just waiting to hear back from him. I'll keep you guys updated.

Make sure you can rebuild them, I bought new rear shocks a few months ago from Greg at PRG and he said they were not made any more.

What shocks, and 30 year old shocks are still being rebuilt, all shocks use regular hydraulic seals.
