Reasonable HP & TQ Expectations?

845 Views 11 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  gweasel77
Having 325/65 Terras and a CST 4” lift installed today. Planning to acquire and install the following list of mods over the next couple of weeks:

- JWT S7/S2 cams
- Stillen LT headers
- AEM Brute Force CAI
- Magnaflow Catback
- ’07 intake manifold
- UpRev Flash (93) and dyno tune

A few questions:

1) What kind of numbers should I reasonably expect?
2) Any glaring (cheap) “bang for the buck” mods I should consider?
3) What's a reasonable price for the cam install?

That's a hell of a to do list!

I'd say your looking at around 330-340HP & 380-400 ft/lbs TQ with those mod's. Those are realistic #'s. Depending on the type of dyno used...
I would also recommend:

TB By-Pass Mod. (FREE)
TruTrac LSD for the rear end
External Trans Cooler or PML Trans Pan
PRG Traction Bars

I’d be geeked with 340/400.

Some members are having good results when installing the TransGo HD2 Shift Kit into the VB.

I would expect to pay anywhere between $300-400, but can be as much as $500-700 for 4 cams installed.
