I think the main criticism of the Hypertech when it came out was that it didn't allow removal of the WOT restriction. I dunno if that has changed or not. If you intend to get headers or cams, get Uprev.

I dont know where that came from. I was one of the beta Testers for hypertech and the WOT restriction removal was always there from day one that I received the unit.

I have now used every single one of the hand helds (hypertech, SC, and now BullyDog GT) and I will say that I feel they all work within 5% of each other. It comes down to the little features and if you do any towing. Those are my thoughts on it at least.

I use the BD GT right now, because I like the gauge set up.

yes, if you run a carputer you can run uprev all the time, just like it you drove around with your laptop plugged in everywhere you went.
