Anybody done this, i know there some aftermarket stuff out there, just wondering if anyone on here has done it.

I have done it, but not on mine yet. I do remote starts on all cars. What do you need to know? Are you trying to install a Hybrid? or just remote start? Let me know. You will need a 556U which is from directed electronics to bypass your security.

I really dont know anything, i guess my next question is, which one would you recommend ? Im a firm beliver in that you get what you pay for.

I've done many, well over 100 just last year. I've been doing this stuff for about 12 years now. I've done 6 Titans, I do Titans for $325 installed. I use Crimestopper units. I've installed hundreds of these... I finally had one return due to this guy going to some "shop" to have a system installed and they used my aux output to activate neon from the remote and fried the unit. I replaced it for the cost of time, the part was warranted.
