Is there's way to get WOT removed without uprev, or any other tuners. I'm located in MD, is it possible to get someone experienced with programming to remove just that feature from my truck without anything else. Wanted to do UpRev but don't wanna spend $700 at the moment when I'm just trying to change one thing, although I know there are tons of benefits of UpRev.

Certainly cost is a factor, but the added benefits of Uprev as a whole can't be beat.

Save those couch pennies and definitely spring for getting Uprev. It will be expensive the first time around, but will save you headaches later down the road especially when you want to add other modifications (which it will happen). Plus they hold their value, someone will always buy a used unmarried uprev cable if someone sells their truck.

A custom Uprev tune does not need to cost you $700. Feel free to PM me for details. Plus what JB said, if you ever decide to part with it you can always sell the Uprev cable/license to someone else.. last I checked they were going for $300-$350 used.

You will need a tuner to remove WOT
The cheapest basic used unit such as (bully dog pup) ~$100 in the market place or any other complex tuner will take care of that!
