Yes, there are 4 T-tabs (all 4 corners) of the BT mirrors. You have to adjust the mirrors to see em.

yes, a long flathead. Dependin on how old your truck is, they might be a lil fragile. I broke 2 of 4 tabs off on the drivers side---had some double faced 3M tape around....good to go. When re-installin them, if i recall, align the bottom first before snappin the top in place.
