Can I replace 245/75 R17 to 275/65 R18 with no modifications? I need new rims and I have a buddy that wants me to sell me his with rubber. Any down side to doing the upgrade?

That may be slightly smaller, but you can use a tire size calculator to double check.

I ran the 275 65 18s for a little while with no issues. Wider than your current set up
