Do I need to reprogram ECU or will the truck operate fine after? Replacing due to bad delta sensor.

No reprograming necessary, I changed mine out quite a few years ago now and its been fine. I will tell you though it can be a real PITA to change, because of its location. If I remember correctly I had to disconnect and remove the ABS module in order to get enough room to remove it, which then meant that I had to bleed all the brake lines.
