I wan to replace my factory head unit with one that has Bluetooth capability so I can stream from my phone.. I don't, however, want to lose the screen functionality.. I could care less about the NAV as I just use my phone but I like the tire pressure, trip, mpg, etc..

I have the RF system as well if that helps..

Is it possible to replace without losing the red squared buttons in the pic?
