Includes Mount, hardware and install instructions.

There are marks on the mount as I mounted a lightbar but never installed. I added pics of the scratches.

I'm in Arlington, Tx so if anyone in the DFW area wants to purchase we can forgo shipping. I also will be in Houston from the 13th to the 15th.
