200psi is a good starting point. don't fill them with air. use N2

up or down mounting won't matter as long as they aren't emulsion shocks, which they aren't...right? lol. shaft down means piggy backs won't get ripped off. shaft down means they might get chipped and might ruin the seals earlier. Kinda doubt that though. i'd do shaft down if they were mine and the piggy backs will fit.

My SAW shocks and coilovers are currently at about 200 psi. It's really stiff. They were previously at about 125 psi and I would really like to go back to that setting.

My shocks are shaft down, body up. No issues.

thats a valving issue. You shouldn't adjust PSI to help the ride. you should have them re valved. Ditch the sway bar, its free, and easy, and AMAZING with SAWS.

Thanks guys. For your fronts how do you like the ride I have the 2.5 ext for the upper control arms.
I loved my SAWS when i had them back in 2012. also ran them with PRG uppers.

Honda250xtitan. I just got ahold of greg at prg I'm sending all my stuff to him to be fully rebuilt.

I fpr got to ask him I want to keep the same hight or even go just a tad higher than what I'm at now.

Have belstien 5100s on top setting with I'm pretty sure is the 1.5 inch prg block. I heard some people loose hight is that true and if so how do you correct it?

I'm currently sitting at 40.25 just about all the way around
try to get a hold of him and tell him that he should be able to set them up to keep that height. IE set the preload or flip the hats and use them as a spacer with minimal preload. thats how i ran mine.

Hope he gets them rebuilt and sent back quickly... ;)
