This story is for those newbies considering tuning your Titan with UPRev. For us long timers and customers of Joe, this will come as no surprise. I am in the process of de-commissioning the Titan (trading in). For obvious reasons, I wished to remove my UPRev tunes and license from my truck. I'm not exactly a rookie in doing the tuning process. This is my second Titan tuned with UPRev and Joe. Sadly, last night I was a very "desperate virgin". I had all my UPRev files/roms stored on my Wife's laptop. To my surprise last evening, her computer crashed and I was essentially locked out. Locked out to the point the laptop went for a visit to the PC doctor. Long story short, I panicked literally. Now what the hell am I going to do? I was less than 16hrs away from my truck being picked up by the dealer for trade. Again, there was no way I was leaving UPRev on the Titan, not to mention I already committed to another member the sale of the used cord. I also had two other forum member's committed if the deals were to fall through. I emailed Joe my dilemma. I figured I was screwed and after being a member here thirteen years, I was going out the door looking like an azz because of a broken sale/promise. Well, in less than twenty minutes I received a response. Joe sent me links and tips how to accomplish my task while borrowing another laptop. I was able to remove the tunes and transfer the license back to the cord. A huge sigh of relief is an understatement. My point is this, for those that are new to the titan community, looking at UPRev saying what the hell is this and have legitimate concerns with allowing a total stranger tuning your truck, DON'T be scared. I assure you, your in the hands of a UPRev tuning God and a patient gentleman that will answer the most stupid questions that one could possibly think of (I was one of them). As I first entered the door of UPRev, with many questions and confusion, Joe made the experience enlightening and fun. He also bailed me out a time or two because of my own stupidity. Now as I'm closing the door on UPRev and my Titan, Joe was there again to help me one last time. There is a lot to be said for a vendor who already made his commission and was getting nothing further financially from me, but he still continued to devote his time, effort and knowledge. That my friend's is customer service. Rant over. Seymore4 and Cajun Products you guys rock!!
