I'm tossing around the idea of upgrading to a '17 (non-XD) Titan. I have heard rumors that some parts are more or less interchangeable.

Can any of you second gen folks verify this or not? If so, which parts can be swapped out? I've searched a fair bit but can't seem to come up with much of anything. I've put a lot of work in to my first gen, so the ability to swap out and carry over thousands of dollars worth of parts would definitely sweeten any deal I could come up with.

non xd's should run all the same suspension as first gen.

bed box is also the same from what I've heard.

I'd like to know if the bed boxes will fit a first generation? It would be nice to have that storage in the back.

they should as long as they aren't too long. the XD has a longer bed. not sure if the non XD's have that option of the bed storage things.

I'm assuming the bed isn't the same or there would be tonneau available from all brands. There are very few available for a 2017 gas noN XD

they may have just not had a 2017 to try them on yet it just came out.. i just drove one 3 days ago and the box looks the same insidewise. andsame 5'5

Should just transfer over. I know TheHops contacted Icon directly and they confirmed to him that his bracket lift Icon's for his 2010 are the same part number as for a 2017.

The bed accessories interchange. Looks like the outside door handles are the same.
