Well my Titan has been in the shop for about 2 weeks and still going because they found a catalyic problem or something like that. So I been calling every other few days and hoping for some good news. There was some descent news....The lady said the parts will come in on Friday and they will put it in asap. Bad news though, I called today and said if I could come pick it up and she told me they only have 1/2 parts because the other mantle or whatever is backordered. It made me some angry when she said there was another part and then I asked her about my Radio unit that should of came in last week. ITS ALSO BACKORDERED and no news when they will have it.
so overall no radio who knows when..and god knows when I will get my Titan back...just been drivin a s***ty rental Colorado :/

What type of symptoms did you experience when you decided it had to in the shop?

I didnt notice anything wrong with the truck before I brought the truck to the shop besides some weird AC noise but alot of people experience that. They said it was urgent that they keep the truck to insure that the engine doesnt explode or somethin weird like that

My radio was ordered last Monday, came in on friday and installed this passed Monday. It is not backordered
I don't think it is backordered at all - one thing in retail that I learned years ago was to feed a line of BS to the customer that you know they'll most likely believe. I think it is more of the dealers doing that they don't want to bother with having to write up a ticket for it. I've gotten the line about the brake judder, being told "Nissan is sending out a kit tentatively early September to resolve the issue" although others here have had their brake judder fixed via the existing TSB. I just haven't been able to get back down there to get them to fix it prior. I can live with it until then, hopefully. It reminds me though of the hassle I went through to get the brake problem fixed on my 02 Tundra.
