Side Mirrors

Need some help. I own a 2012 Titan SV with the regular sized mirrors. These mirrors power adjust; however, they do not have power fold or heat. I want to change these out for tow mirrors; however, I can only find tow mirrors with power adjustment and power heat. Can these mirrors with power heat be used even though my original mirrors don't have this option? Are there tow mirrors out there that are power adjust only?
