Hey guys, for those of you who installed a Sirrius connect or similar XM box I was curious where you tapped in for the 12V source. I was hoping to splice into an accessory in the fuse panel but I didnt see one in the passenger side.

Thanks guys!

The cigarette lighter is a very convenient location to tap if your not going to be drawing too many amps.

The cable for the Nissan satellite radio has both switched and constant DC wiring. It is dangling just above the brake pedal. Solder a short piece of solid wire to the ends of the wiring for your aftermarket radio, insert these 'ends' into the appropriate sockets on the connector and tape in place. It's very quick and you don't have to pull any dash parts to get to the connector.
