Well for the last few years I'll slip the gears. Yes I mean to do it. Anyone else do it too?

I just like the sound/feel of it!!

I'll go down the highway for example, slam on the gas doing about 55mph, and right before the lower gear engages, I'll left off the gas, then right before it goes back into 4th (or OD) I give it a lil gas and it just revs up a lil bit.

I dont feel any clunks or hear anything out of the norm..I'm sure this isn't good but uhhh what can ya do :eyebrow:

It's call creating a false neutral, and cracking the throttle while doing so....It's about the dumbest thing you can do to a trans on purpose....

My buddy use to do that in his mazda 626 to chirp the tires going into 2nd gear. Toatsted his tranny in about 8000 miles. He was a moron and didn't care though.
