Small lift

I've been doing research to see what the 5100's will do if I install them on my stock 2015 CC SV 4x4 on the middle setting? If I do this and put a 1" block in the back will that raise me up an inch front and back. Would this setup support a 33" tire or maybe 34". I've tried to sift through all the information, but just want to decide on lift so I can move to tires I hate the sra's that come on these trucks.
