I had to get my engine replaced due to cat failure on both of my vehicles but this thread is about the Titan. More stuff is wrong now than before I took it to them. Here is a list of the 20 things my Non-Nissan trained self has found wrong with my truck so far.
1) Found a screwdriver sitting between the passenger side valve cover and intake manifold
2) Red cap for positive battery post missing
3) My Nismo intake was barely put back together correctly and missing the two bolts that hold the heat shield in place closest to the fender
4) Trans. dipstick was missing it's one bolt and not fastened to it's proper location and doesn't even line up anymore with it.
5) Power steering reservoir is loose. If I jumped this truck (which I don't) it would for sure be flying around the engine bay!
6) Drove about 10 miles and the SES light comes on with three codes. I found P1168x2 and P1051. If anyone could tell me what those are I would appreciate it.
7) Driver and passenger fenders both missing bottom front screws and are loose as hell.
8) Trim at the cowl is loose and not put back together properly
9) Intake filter was smashed, looked like someone literally stepped on it.
10) Front bumper and fenders are far from being aligned properly
11) Radiator support is missing some bolts
12) Drivers side valve cover looks new but my passenger side looks dirty and like the old one most likely.
13) Inside fuse cover was laying on the floor, they never put it back on.
14) The battery I had to purchase was not installed correctly/very loose.
15) Headlights were aimed way too high. People are constantly flashing me in the morning.
16) Misc. hoses not secured properly in there clips and are all loose.
17) Electric fan wire harness/connector is broken and just hanging out no longer secured to the radiator support.
18) Radiator and power steering fluid everywhere in the engine bay, smells like waffles when driving. They didn't bother to clean up any of it.
19) The boot that protects all the wires going to the ECU was damaged and so are a few wires in there. Just waiting to catch on fire I guess?
20) My hood is dented in the front center. If I had to guess I would say someone got lazy shutting the hood and pushed down on it.

I contacted Nissan help line yesterday and have had no response yet. These people are the epitome of ignorant motherf'rs. I went down to Planet Nissan today and the service manager (same one that told me every vehicle made has a 4k rpm rev limit) and my service advisor acted like it was no big deal and on top of things said "Is this the truck that has been in an accident"? I wanted to strangle him on the spot! My truck had to have it's bumper replaced and was rock solid before I took it to them. I left the truck with them to get it fixed and my new diff installed of all things and after some thought about there attitude I went straight back and told them close the ticket and give me my effin truck. I will absolutely not let this dealership work on my truck again unless forced to by Nissan. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB here and hopefully that will do something but I doubt it. Can anyone give me any other advice on how to handle this matter legally? Am I headed in the right direction so far? Thanks for taking the time to read this and I look forward to your responses, Justin.
I will be uploading some pics for you guys to see here in a little bit.

I forgot to mention I picked it up after hours, had already returned my rental car, the simple fact that it was DARK outside and the whole service dept. was gone already!

Still, way too many problems for you not to notice right away.

And you didn't drive it straight back to the dealer the next morning, WHY?

WTF man I wasn't asked to be picked apart here. There was no way in hell that I could get it to them yesterday either. I have more than a full time job working 12.5 hours a day 7am-7:30p.m. plus commute. I had today off so that was the best I could do. The service director was conveniently off today thats the only other person I know to talk to. If you have any suggestions on what to do I would love to hear them rather than you trying to flame me for my lack of experience on this matter.

Look, sorry your truck ended up like this, but you should have gone back and ripped someone's azz about it. I work also, and if I had issues with my mode of transportation, my boss would be understanding, think most would.
The service director should be involved, but you should go straight to the top!
I not ripping you, I just think, with all that was wrong with it you should have noticed within 500 ft of driving off the lot.

I know my truck, and how it runs, if it varies from it's normal operation, I am all over it trying to find out why.

Good Luck!!

Go rip someone's azz!!

That sux. On one hand I’m glad it doesn’t sound like a Nissan quality issue (except maybe the code) and it’s a crappy human workmanship! Was your truck in an accident? I had a similar situation with a body shop on mine. It sucks that people don’t take any pride in workmanship anymore…

I have not posted in a long time but I will step in on this one. I am sorry but I guess we all cannot be as perfect as bbomar. Some of the things should have been noticed sooner yes but most of that list you would have to really go threw to point out. That is what the dealership is for. You actually think that chewing out the manager at the shop you are about to drop your car off again is a smart idea. I have worked at shops and that is the last thing you want to do. Your car will be so F###d up when you get it back you might as well sell it. I will never take my cars to any shop unless I personally know the person working on my car after I have seen what goes on. Fileing a clam like he did is probibly the best way. good luck getting it solved.

bbomar, believe me I am all over my truck too. It seemed to run fine. I noticed my air filter was smashed and the bumper being all crooked right away when I picked it up. But at 7 at night when it's dark it's a little rough for anyone to see all the bolts missing and the numerous other things that were wrong. Matter of fact, I was still finding things wrong with it today! It was snowballing on me ya know. And since my SES light was on I did not want to drive it to work yesterday. I normally drive my wife's Altima to keep the miles down on the truck and to save on gas anyway.

I am trying to keep my cool but the moment I start getting upset, cussing or threatening they don't do anything for me so I get nowhere. I am really fed up with this dealership that is why I am impatiently waiting on the regional rep to call me back to see if another dealer can repair my beloved Titan. If I didn't have my three month old baby girl I would most likely have already punched one of them for the disrespect they have shown me and my truck! I really don't know what else to do. Honestly, what would you do in this situation?

Planet Nissan sucks. It took them 4 times to fix my heater and now its acting up again. They dont seem to care either and basically told me they will not try to fix it again. I have had to rent a vehicle 3 times already. I have had good luck with taking my truck to planet nissan for oil changes, they do them relatively fast and they do a decent job washing the truck but for warranty work they suck and dont care if its right or fixed.

Would you mind if I use your post to show the rep that I am not the only one that feels that way about them?

Fine by me, their service sucks. Ive had horrible luck with desert nissan as well (thats where I purchased the truck). I love the truck but have no faith in the dealerships and their service departments.

Well that frickin blows they were going to be my next shot. Have you tried any other dealerships? I just think it's sad that no one can take care of anybody anymore. I live in Centennial Hills and to drive out to Douglas Nissan would be a shame! I haven't seen you on here before today, do you live in the NW as well?

Yeah I live on deer springs and cimmaron. I live close to planet nissan but work kinda by desert nissan. Desert nissan never really did me wrong, they are just slow as hell.

I think desert may be worth a shot, they have a brand new facility and it seems like they have mostly new employees so they may have turned their act around.

I think I remember seeing a titan like that by kohls the other day. Mine is just radiant silver with nothing done to it besides magnaflow exhaust and cai.
