I purchased my Titan brand new in 2005. 05LE offroad package. I have never experienced so many major mechanical failures in any vehicle that I have owened. Outside of the brake judder upgrade and the emissions fix. I have replaced two front axles, one rear, and now my second exhaust manifold. No to mention the cheap factory paint job. I only have 88,000 on the unit and I consider mine a piece of $h!T. I called 1800nissan1 today to see if they would do anything for me relating to the manifolds, and I received the expected answer of "NO". I have never taken this unit off road or beat it in any way. It has always been properly maintained. I just can't get over the problems that I am having!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

Why didn't you try to get your money back due to it being a lemon? Every make has one of them.

I have an 05 LE 4x4 and I have never been off road and I never beat on my truck. I have had a lot of things go wrong with my truck. Been driving for 27 yrs and 4 vehicles. This is by far the most unreliable vehicle in my driving life. Weird thing is I still love the truck. Go figure???

I had some issues earlier on with my 05 like the manifolds, but I haven't had any issues in a long time, and the paint still looks mint and its never scene a garage.

Sorry for your bad luck. I have had zero problems with mine. Even had two recalls on my 2008 but my truck didn't have the symptoms but they replaced the parts in question anyway.

I've got 40,000 hard miles on my truck. It gets driven off road just about as much as it does on and I haven't had a thing go wrong with it other than my heater doesn't work.
You dont need a heater in AZ so as far as problems you have none.

I LOVE my trucks (yeah both Titans) and WILL buy another shortly after my 07 is paid in full.

I have an 06. 86 K miles and no issues at all other than the TPMS batteries needing replacement. Best vehicle by far I have ever owned.

My son has an 06 4X4. It's a beast, it's reliable, and the bikini babes love it. Last summer he pulled a road grater off the beach during the BP spill fiasco.

With the way Nissan has handle the Titan, I'd never buy another. And I have had very few problems.

I have an 04 off road package bought new and maintained well. Have had numerous problems, too many to list. But like scan 999 says in some weird way I still love the truck. Will see how much i love the truck on Monday when the mechanic decides what part took a crap in the steering system.

I can expand. For example, This manifold thing is total bs. Nissan knows there is a problem. However, they are failing to do anything about it.

Not to mention the axle issues.

Btw. The f150 is looking better and better
