I want to cover the bed on my 07 CC with a roll up tonneau.

I have gaps between the tailgate and the bed on both sides of the tailgate that are about 4 inches in length.

What have you guys done to keep the bed water tight when putting a cover on?

I assume these spaces are standard...right?

Yes they all have them, you could buy the tailgate seal kit like cabelas carries. I have just dealt with it.

Interesting to know they make something like that. That was the first weird thing I noticed backing up the Titan.

Or, when you buy your tonneau, just get the tailgate seal kit from wherever you buy the cover. Most of the online shops have them when you search for the covers on their websites, and the 4x4 shop I got mine from had them sitting on the shelf. I don't have one. I don't need one. I have never had a drop of water in my bed with this cover, not even when I wash the truck. But they are readily available.
