If you are not over 90,000 miles, you shouldn't have to be thinking about this yet.

I just changed the 100k mile plugs at 65k miles on my wife's navigator and it made a huge difference so my T's plugs will be getting junked around the same mileage.

According to NGK's site, all those plugs will work in our trucks.

NGK.com - Application Search Results

Personally, I'd just stick with the Platinums (Part LFR5AGP) and call it a day.

Use these. I installed them on my flex fuel 06 and have not had any issues. The second image shows the old ones campared to a new one at 70K.

And to change them shouldn't be more than 30 minutes if that much.

I just did my plugs 3 weeks ago. I used the NGK Platinum ones. They were different than the stock ones because quite frankly I could not see spending $120 for plugs.

Anyway I have not seen any performance issues at all.

I just changed out my plugs yesterday. I put in the NGK iridium plugs, but the ones I pulled out of the truck were Platinum (and they looked to be in real good shape still), I was surprised at how well they looked after 102,500 miles on them. The Platinum plugs at O'Rielly Auto parts were $9.99 per plug, but the iridium were only $8.49 per plug, so naturally I went with the iridiums. ( I also applied Cu based anti-seize on the plug threads before installing).
