I would say it's an estimate, one put there to give people false hope of beating one. It is a Centrifugal setup though, so it will be making that power alot higher in the RPM range than say a roots blower equipped truck or un-cammed Titan. Say the drivetrain is horribly inefficent on it, RWD vehicles tend to lose 18-25% of their bhp, and if it was 25% then the truck is actually putting down about 450whp. With a big exhaust and big headers it could also be missing the low end torque that wins 1/4 and 1/8th mile races, supposing you can put that torque to good use. Gearing is also counted in that, and these trucks are designed more for an open desert than for pulling holeshots. There are alot of other variables I am not including, like the tires and wheels, suspension etc. I'd still venture to guess that isn't an actual time they've run but more of an estimate.....probably won't ever see one in Ohio so I doubt I'll have to worry
