I'm looking to add those Square LED fogs. Anyone know the brand and a good place to get them?

Well it?s one of those things you can spend a bunch of money on if you want. Some site sponsors might chime in with their pitch here, but I?ll give you mine. Almost 2 years ago I bought a light bar off eBay for $26, I use it almost daily. It?s never leaked or got condensation and all the leds still work. Now you can spend a few hundred dollars on a expensive set or roll the dice like I did, but I figured if it only lasted a few years I got my money?s worth. So do with that information what you will, you probably won?t get a great warranty or customer service, but can score some lumens for cheap.

Bought a pair of rigid SAE fod lights for my 17. For 125.
I've been running rigid industries on my trucks for years with no issues. They are more expensive than most. But I have had my co workers buy some less expensive light bars, cubes, ect and all developed moisture, mildew inside (even the replacement ones set from the manufacturers had same issues) even fractured the outside lense from rocks kicked up from drivers I front of them.

I guess some have good luck and some don't. But with some items I truly believe that you get what you pay for.
Just my opinion.
Please don't bash.

Obviously rigid is the top choice, but as for the purpose of fogs I would choose a dual amber/white pod. Can't remember who makes them but there is a guy on the forum that has them, believe handle is thehops. I personally have cheap amazon cubes 20 a set without wire harness, one of them has developed a leak after 9 months, but can't complain. I got what I paid for an knew that when I bought them.

So almost all LED fogs and bars are illegal for on road use. Does that mean you can get away with it since I see them used daily in my area? Yes. As far as I'm aware Rigid is the only one with DOT/SAE certified fog lights. If you can get a set of the Rigid's for $125 you're stealing them so good job on that.

You also get what you pay for. I have a set of $50 Amazon pods that have less light output than 1 of my headlight bulbs. I also have a 32" cheapo bar that puts out about the same light as one of my expensive 8" bars. Do not trust lumen branding as they're going to take the maximum lumens possible per LED chip and multiple that by however many chips are in their lights and give you that as the lumen count.
