I posted in the suspension forum, but I'm moving it to here and deleting the old one because I have a lot more information now.

Runs great except this squeak.
The noise happens when I come to a full stop (you know that motion when you've fully stopped and the truck slightly rocks back? that's when I hear it. I also hear it when accelerating from a full stop - that same motion of the truck rocking backwards when you very first hit the gas.
I have oiled everything under the truck (Leaf springs, muffler hangers, bushings, and pretty much anything plastic or rubber that comes in contact with metal). Doing this made zero difference.
Today I noticed that this issue only happens in gear. It will not do it in neutral - which is worrisome. It has no issues shifting and no issues with 4WD.
I can tell that someone has been inside the differential housing. The gasket is not paper - it looks like someone used a liquid form-a-gasket.
I cannot pinpoint the exact place of the noise but definitely in the rear.
I made this video by placing the camera under the car and slowly stopping and starting as I creeped over it. I am unable to post the link due to my post count not being high enough? That being the case, you may have to cut/paste it into a browser:

Thanks for any advice
