Hoping maybe someone had this same problem..... whenever I hit the littlest bump in the road Im getting a squeaking noise from the front drivers side. I have a leveling kit with Bilsteins shocks but it was sqeaking before I had put them on. Everything has been replaced from bushings to the tierod ends and it is still doing it. I have checked the fender bolts, inner fender wells, grill, front bumper and, even the hood to see if anything was loose and nothing was. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Could be the disc rubbing on the wheel bearing. Fix is easy, in a sense. You just need some brake lube on the center cut out, sorry can't think of the term. Easiest way to determine if this is the issue is to drive over a numb and be lightly on the brakes. If it is,gone, that is the issue.

My only advice is to go ahead and adjust your hood stops. I had the most annoying squeak forever and could never replicate it outside of the truck. I randomly adjusted my hood stops one day and it took care of it. Give it a shot. If it doesn't work, you're only out about 2 minutes of your life.
