Have you tried using air to blow out the restriction?

Hello all, I need some help with my 2004 SE. My windshield washers only are functioning on the driver's side. It has no stream at all on the passenger side. I tried to insert something in the hole but the blockage is somewhere deeper back. Does anyone have any info. for removing the cowl under the windshield wipers? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
