Hey everyone. I'm new to the group. About 4 months ago I got my first Titan. It's a 2017 Platinum Reserve 4x4 in the java metallic color. I love this truck!!!! I've been seeing the step assist on some of the same models. Does anyone know of a good link to buy one from? I know if I went to dealer my arm and leg would be needed to purchase it. Thanks for all the help.

My Nissan Parts Store | Online Nissan Parts and Nissan Accessories . Yeah they are pretty expensive.

I don't know if there's a pocket hole in the Nissan Titan bed like the Ford's and Chevys. Under the plastic bed cap! But Amazon has a step assist handle that will fit in the pocket if there is one. You may be able to make it work for $30.00. Compared to paying Nissan over $200.00! Maybe you could strip down a uni-track cleat and mock something up. Welcome to the world of limited Nissan accessories 😜.........

Check out some of the Titan FB pages. Folks on there looking to sell for decent prices... I've seen them priced out as high as the stealerships to you just pay for shipping. I had one lined up for $100 but found out it would work with my bed cover.

I think he wants the retractable foot step…. If you are talking about the handle assist, I’ve got one I’ll sell you for $100. I took it out of the box, and set it on the shelf.

So are you suggesting that he keep a box in the bed of the truck and just use it as a step when he needs to climb into the bed?

my bad...thought OP was inquiring about the bed assist handle. I thought all Platinum Reserves come with the "step" assist...or unidentified waffle piece under some trucks
